Terms and Conditions
By signing up for the program, the user agrees to the Size Healthy 8-Week online Transformation Challenge terms and conditions, therefore I consent to the use of my image and likeness in promotional and marketing materials.

Timeline and Deadlines
To officially enter the Transformation Challenge you must register at the official registration page at sizehealthylifestyle.com, submit payment, and complete the required information. While the challenge begins on October 29th, registration must be received by Wednesday, October 25th 2017 at 11:59PM EST. Individuals who register after this period may still take part on the program, but will not be eligible for prizes. Registration requires a user to create a unique log-in and password, which must be used throughout the Challenge. Upon registering, individuals will be required to submit 3 “before” pictures each of a specific body vantage point during the pre-described period, as well as a “time and date” verification photo, to be described later. The window to take & submit “before” photos begins on the day the user registers, with a deadline to submit of Sunday, October 29th at 11:59PM EST. If the photo submission rules are not met, that participant will be deemed ineligible to win prizes, but may still take part in the program. Upon completion of the 8 weeks, 3 “after” pictures, and a “time and date” verification photo will be required in the same fashion as above, with a window beginning Thursday, December 28th 2017, with a deadline of Saturday, December 30th, at 11:59PM EST.

Incomplete entries and those with incorrect pictures will be disqualified. All “before” and “after” photos must be your own original photos, and must be unaltered. Incorrect photos would be those not displaying the correct vantage points, or not all three required photos, nor the time and date verification photo. Additionally, any alteration to the original photos will result in disqualification. Any attempt to distort or deceive during the photo submission process will also result in disqualification, at the discretion of The Size Healthy Team.

Meeting the deadlines set forth above is a requirement to be considered eligible for any prizes. This is an entirely electronic and web-based competition. Size Healthy is not responsible for internet connectivity and/or technical issues.

The top five (“5”) finalists will be selected by the Size Healthy Team, and announced on Size Healthy's social media accounts as well as sizehealthylifestyle.com. Open voting will then run at sizehealthylifestyle.com starting on January 1st 2018 until January 5th 2018.

How Finalists/Winner Selection Works
At the conclusion of the Challenge, Team Size Healthy will select the top 5 individuals to advance to the open voting round. These finalists will be selected based strictly and exclusively on their outer transformation, not taking into account pounds lost or other statistics. While the opportunity will be present as part of the program for users to "before", "during", and "after" stats and numbers, this is strictly for personal use and for future Size Healthy marketing purposes. The likelihood of being selected as a finalist depends upon the number of entries received and the quality of your entry compared to the quality of all other entry submissions as determined by the judges.

Those 5 individuals advancing on will then be subject to an “open vote." During this voting period outlined above, the finalists “before” and “after” pictures will be displayed prominently for voters to gauge which of the finalists experienced the most drastic positive improvement in their bodies. Those eligible to vote can be individuals that participated in the Transformation Challenge, and those that did not. Voting will be conducted through our website, with one vote being allowed per age group. Additional information may be required of the voter, including email address and more at the time voting. At the conclusion of the voting period, based on the ranking, the first through third winners will be decided. ie... The individual with the most votes will win the first place prize, second most votes will win second place, third most, third, etc…

Who's Eligible to Enter the 2017 Challenge?
Challenge participation is open to individuals from anywhere, including the US, and international locations. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible to participate. The Challenge is subject to applicable federal and state laws and is void where prohibited. Employees of Size Healthy, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and any of their advertising, promotion and internet agencies, or consultants and contractors providing services for the Challenge, and all their immediate family members, along with all those with whom they are domiciled, may participate, but are NOT eligible to win. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step-child (whether nature or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

Participants may not use anabolic steroids or any strength-enhancing prescription drugs or medications unless prescribed by a physician to treat an existing medical condition (medication and medical condition must be noted in the written portion of your packet). A medical note from the prescribing physician may be required. If any winner is under the age of 21, Size Healthy reserves the right to require the signature of a parent or legal guardian on any documents.

Regulations and Requirements
Size Healthy reserves the right to interpret these rules and, if necessary, to amend the rules at its sole discretion and without notice to individual Transformation Challenge participants. Any amendments to the rules or changes in prizes will be published online at sizehealthylifestyle.com. Rule interpretations and all judging decisions are final. All information, pictures, and materials submitted along with your entry become the sole and exclusive property of Size Healthy. The Challenge participant scores, prior to the finalist round are proprietary to Size Healthy and will not be disclosed. Size Healthy shall have the sole right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Challenge participant without explanation for any reason at any stage of the Challenge, and Size Healthy shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard.

Each Challenge participant assumes all risk of injury, harm or loss of any kind arising from participation in the Challenge. Consult with your physician or healthcare provider before starting any new exercise, nutrition or supplementation program, particularly if you suffer from any medical condition or regularly use prescription or over-the-counter medications. If you are not experienced with training, or if you are changing your exercise program, consult with a qualified trainer or coach. Challenge participants expressly release Size Healthy, its distributors and affiliated companies, and the directors, officers and employees of any of them from all risk, loss, injury, damage or harm that may arise from participating in the Transformation Challenge.

Challenge participants must notify Size Healthy in writing of any change of contact information. Winners who cannot be reached within ten (10) days at the email address in their profile account will be disqualified.

Submission of your completed registration in the Challenge constitutes your express consent and permission for Size Healthy, and any of its affiliated companies, to use your name, photographs and written responses (in whole or in part) for promotional and advertising purposes to promote Size Healthy, its business, and more, in any media and in any manner whatsoever, without limitation or restriction or further consideration of any kind, and such consent is deemed given by your entry and participation in the Challenge. Submission and payment of your registration shall be deemed your acceptance of these Rules and Regulations (as may be amended) and your voluntary transfer to Size Healthy of all right, title, and interest, including copyright, of your photographs and written responses.

All winners are responsible for all applicable taxes if appropriate; prizes are not transferable; and there will be no substitutions for the prizes except at the option of Size Healthy in the event of unavailability. All winners must sign a declaration and release form confirming compliance with the contest rules, acceptance of the prize as awarded and releasing Size Healthy and its affiliates, its advertising and promotion agencies, the contest judges and their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from any liability in connection with the Transformation Challenge, the entrant’s participation therein and/or the awarding and use of the prize or any portion thereof.
