"I have struggled with my weight ever since I was a little girl.  I was never involved in any sports growing up, so physical activity was intimidating to me.  Along with improper diet, and no regular exercise, I ended up ballooning to 239 pounds in 2010.  I was able to lose a little weight on my own.  I got myself down to 207-210 pounds by 2013 by starting fitness cardio classes like Zumba.  However, a whole year had passed and I hadn’t lost any more weight.  I was determined, but getting discouraged.  I still wasn’t eating healthy, but then I met Nataisha in early Fall of 2014.  She immediately changed my life.  She showed me ways of using my own body weight to build muscle and burn fat fast, and I also gained a love for running!  That is something I never thought was possible.  My hard work is finally starting to pay off again, and since October 2014, I have lost another 8 pounds!  Without Nataisha’s help and nutritional advice, I’d still be on that plateau."

"When I first started with Nataisha I weighed 195. I was at the end of the line, and also the heaviest that I have ever been in my life.  I was down, and did not know what to do.  Like many others before me I tried all the get slim quick diets, pills, potions and anything else that you can find under the sun. I was tired of the yoyo diets.  I usually take the spin class that Nataisha teaches. I finally worked up the courage to speak to her, once I did that and we got the ball rolling I honestly felt confident that I made the right choice. She made me feel comfortable, and more driven to get rid of the weight once and for all. I felt even more confident when she told me her weight loss journey, and I knew I was in the right place, with the right person.  When we started I was down most of the time to see how weak I had gotten and what made it worse, I compared myself to the people around me that were doing, and looking better.  My motivation came when I sat down with her and I discussed how I felt. After our talk I felt a lot better, and lifted.  As our journey continued I felt myself getting stronger each day, even with my hip injury. She worked with me by modifying my workouts so that I can still reach my goals.  My meal plans are great, and they are complete tailored to my likings. I started with Nataisha at the end of August 2014, and I can truly say from then to now I have gotten great results not only with my weight, but also with my well being in whole as a person. Nataisha caters toyour physical, emotional, and spiritual needs because they truly go hand in hand with the weight loss journey.  We are in the month of December and I now weigh 164 pounds.  You do the math from 195 to 164 from August to now and tell me if she is not the truth!  If ever you need to get your life right be it physically, emotionally or spiritually, Nataisha is the woman to see. She has not only been in our shoes, but she has done it and overcame.  She does not just give you what she has learned, but she goes deeper to find what works for each individual person.  I would never trade Nataisha for any other trainer!"

Hmm where to begin... 

I had always worked out and loved doing so but never got the results I wanted. I always thought of myself as a good eater for the most part. After i moved here and started taking Nataisha's classes i realized how intense she was and how much she pushed me and i loved it! I began working one on one with her twice a week and was instantly hooked! She was so motivating and had so much knowledge of not only exercises, but nutrition also. Nataisha has taught me so much about what to eat, and when. I now know what it takes to see results. She showed me that I can do anything if I just set my mind to it! After seeing the weight begin to come off i began to get my Smile back! I began to enjoy working out even more! She is not only an instructor but a friend, a friend who wants the best for you and will help you reach your goals. She has been such an inspiration and I continue to use her knowledge to better myself everyday! It's the best feeling walking into the gym and seeing her eager to teach and help others in their journey!
